How It Works
Wasatch Port Redirector provides a simple way to create PostScript files from any application on your system by using the application's "Print" option. This is a convenient and efficient way to prepare files for use in SoftRIP.
This easy-to-use feature works by printing through a Postscript Print Driver (PPD) connected to a Windows port that outputs files directly to an output folder of your choice. And, with the ability to print to up to 64 Wasatch Ports, Wasatch Port Redirector helps your workflow really flow!
An Automated Workflow
When used in conjunction with hot folders, Wasatch Port Redirector works seamlessly with almost any print workflow. Once the output folder from Wasatch Port Redirector has been identified as a Wasatch hot folder, all files landing in this folder will automatically be processed.
Add, Edit, or Delete printer ports easily with Wasatch Port Redirector.
Install a new printer and select the port that was established with the Wasatch Port Redirector.
