What information does Wasatch Computer Technology automatically log?

Wasatch automatically logs serial numbers, language in current use, hardware devices in current use, and IP for use in geolocation, to provide support in native languages globally, and to provide support appropriate to various different user's applications.

What personal information is collected and why?

Personal, Contact, Demographic or Financial information provided by customers or visitors is used to process, ship and bill orders, and to contact them if necessary.

Is the information collected securely stored?

Most information is retained in secure servers and systems on Wasatch's site, or in Wasatch's secured server instances on Amazon Web Services. Customer information related to payments and credit cards is kept securely at Authorize.net a wholly owned subsidiary of Visa.

Are Cookies used?

For visitors who are purchasing product online, Wasatch may use cookies, small text files that are stored on a user's computer hard drive, in order to optimize a customer's experience. To delete or refuse cookies, refer to the help pages for your browser. Note, if you choose to delete or refuse cookies, you may not be able to complete your purchase online.

Wasatch does not sell lists or information to third parties.

Is information collected by Wasatch shared with third parties?

How can you opt-out of email marketing and/or promotions?

You can remove yourself from the Wasatch marketing email list by sending a request to wct@wasatch.com or a written request to Wasatch Computer Technology, LLC - 333 South 300 East, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111, USA.

If you opt-out of marketing emails, we may still send you email related to your account. For example, we may email you to inform you that your subscription is expiring.

How long is customer information held and who has access to the collected data?

Customer information is held for at least as long as a customer's account is active or as long as is necessary for Wasatch to provide products and service or as allowed by law.

Customer information may be accessed by Wasatch employees and/or contracted services for the purpose of providing or improving products or services.

Does Wasatch link to any external sites?

Wasatch provides links to external (third-party) sites for informational purposes or to process payments. It is the visitor's or customer's responsibility to review the privacy policies of the third-party sites before proceeding to those sites or providing personal information.
