At Wasatch, we want you to get 100% out of your software. With 180 days of free support, you have complete access to our expert technical staff. Their skill in illustrating features and troubleshooting issues is the best in the industry.

Is My Service Contract Active?
Enter your serial number in our Service Contract Status page to check the status of your service contract.


Technical Support Policy
Service is free for the first 180 days following the activation of your copy protection block (dongle) on any newly purchased Wasatch software product. When your contract expires, you may purchase a new service contract.



Using Your Service Contract
Please include your serial number with all service requests. You can access the technical support team via phone, email or fax.


Software Updates
When you purchase a Wasatch software upgrade you receive a new 180 day service contract free with your purchase. The contract begins on the date of upgrade purchase. If you have an active service contract on the date of new software releases you are eligible for a free upgrade as long as you request the software before the end of your contract. You also have the option to get the free software via CD by paying a $15 shipping and handling fee ($35 USD for shipments outside of US).
