Is My Service Contract Active?

Technical Support Policy
Service is free for the first 180 days following the activation of your copy protection block (dongle) on any newly purchased Wasatch software product. When your contract expires, you may purchase a new service contract.
Using Your Service Contract
Please include your serial number with all service requests. You can access the technical support team via phone, email, or fax.
When you purchase a Wasatch software upgrade, you will receive a new 180-day technical support contract. The contract becomes active on the date of the upgrade purchase. When you have an active Wasatch service contract, you can get all the latest software updates free of charge. However, you must request the upgrade before your technical support contract expires. You also have the option to get the free software via CD (this option requires you to pay a shipping and handling fee).
