WASATCH SUPPORT

USING YOUR SERVICE CONTRACT


Service is free for the first 180 days following the activation of your copy protection block (dongle) or upgrade purchase. You can access the technical support team via phone, email or fax. Please include your serial number with all service requests.

CALL NOW!
Toll-free support is available for callers in the United States by calling 1-800-683-8214. When you dial this number you will be prompted to enter your four or five digit serial number using your touch tone phone to be connected to service.

International Phone Support
Callers outside of the US may reach customer service by calling our main switchboard at +1-801-575-8043 and providing your serial number to the Wasatch operator. Note that telephone support is available from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Mountain Time.

Support Via Email
You may choose to correspond with our technical staff via email. You must INCLUDE YOUR WASATCH SERIAL NUMBER with all emailed service requests. Note that Wasatch has a unique service data uploader tool that will allow you to FTP information about your printing scenario directly to our techs. Use this tool in conjunction with a service call or email to streamline the service process.

Support Via Fax
You may fax a service question to Wasatch at +801-575-8075. You must INCLUDE YOUR WASATCH SERIAL NUMBER with all faxed service requests, as well as the method for contacting you with support information. Requests will be processed during normal Wasatch business hours.
